Ikorom Safari Lodge is an exceptional accommodation facility nestled along the Northern banks of the River Nile, approximately 1 kilometer from Tangi Gate of Murchison Falls National Park. The double/twin cottages are spacious and can accommodate up to 2 adults while the single cottages also provide comfort that is suitable for unwinding. The Triple rooms are cozy and spacious enough for family or group travelers.
The Family cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests hence making it perfect for family or group travelers.
There is also a camping ground at Ikorom Safari Lodge, and guests have an option of hiring tents or coming along with their tents.
Facilities and services
All meals at Ikorom Safari Lodge are enjoyed/served from Pomunu restaurant. Guests are sometimes treated to views of animals while relishing their meals.
A wide range of soft drinks, beers, and spirits are served from Ogwapoke Bar, although guests can also enjoy their drinks from the restaurant while relaxing with friends, colleagues, or any other guests.
Complimentary Wi-Fi internet is provided at specific locations including Ogwapoke Bar and Pomunu restaurant. There is also DSTV, for visitors interested in keeping abreast with news across the country.

Game drives are one of the most popular tourist activities undertaken at Ikorom Safari Lodge. These game drives involve exploring the northern banks of the Nile River, with lots of Uganda Kobs, bushbucks, Topis, Jackson’s hartebeests, Elephants, Cape buffaloes, Hippos, Defassa waterbucks, and others to be sighted.
Ikorom Safari Lodge guests can also take part in boat rides to the bottom of the falls. Here, there are incredible chances of sighting lots of hippos, Nile crocodiles, a wide array of birds that include Pelicans, Kingfishers, African fish eagles, and many others. Barbeque can be organized at Ikorom Safari Lodge, providing an opportunity for guests to unwind and interact with a long day of enjoying several Murchison Falls National Park activities.
On top of safari game drives, and boat cruises, there is also sport fishing, hiking to the top of Murchison Falls, nature walks and chimpanzee tracking.
